Personal Background

I’ve lived in Montreal for a total of 20 years (10 years at a time) after immigrating from Trinidad.  In 1983 I transferred to Toronto for work related reasons where I completed my B.A. in Computer Science. Over the years I’ve worked in various Corporate companies within various Information Technology positions. In 1993, I moved back to Montreal for family related reasons. Then, in March 2003, my immediate family moved to the beautiful and peaceful Niagara Region.


Professional Background

I was tired of sitting behind a desk and because I love home improvement projects , dealing with home construction issues and talking to people, I decided to get into the real estate industry where I became a Licensed Sales Representative in February 2004.  I am currently a Sales Representative with HomeLife Niagara Real Estate Inc., Brokerage located in Virgil, Niagara on the Lake.

HomeLife is well known in Toronto and the GTA and is one of the fastest growing franchise which allows me to work with my clients and customers in both the Greater Toronto Area and also in the Niagara Region. When I market my listings they can appear on both the TREB and NAR Boards. I do a great job with tons of photos on my MLS listings and the flyers that I hand out at Open Houses. I also do door-knocking to let neighbours know that there’s another listing in their area because neighbours always know of someone who would like to move into the area.  I also advertise through various newspapers and online advertising and of course there is the lawn sign. I love the real estate field because it gives me the opportunity to meet and interact with people while assisting them as buyers or sellers.
